Proportionate Leave on Termination. An employee on daily hiring who after five (5) ordinary working days continuous service in the first qualifying twelve (12) month period with the Company leaves the employment of the Company or is terminated by the Company; or After twelve (12) months continuous service with the Company leaves the employment of the Company or is terminated by the Company for any reason will be paid one-twelfth of an ordinary week’s wages in respect of each completed five (5) ordinary working days of continuous service and in which leave has not been granted under Clause 6.2.1, of this agreement.

Proportionate Leave on Termination. An employee on daily hiring who who:  after five one (51) ordinary working days week’s continuous service in the first qualifying twelve (12) month period with the Company service, leaves the employment of the Company or whose employment is terminated by through no fault of the Companyemployee; or After  after twelve (12) months continuous service with the Company leaves the employment of the Company or employment is terminated by the Company for any reason reason, will be paid one-twelfth at the ordinary time wage rate for 2.923 hours for each week of an ordinary weekhours worked. In these situations, any leave already taken will be deducted from the employee’s wages in respect of each completed five (5) ordinary working days of continuous service and in which leave has not been granted under Clause 6.2.1, of this agreemententitlement.
