Proof of Insurances. Copies of the initial insurance binders from a company authorized to do business in Idaho for a liability policy, a property loss policy, health insurance, worker’s compensation insurance, and unemployment insurance will be provided to the Authorized Chartering Entity no later than thirty (30) days prior to the opening of school, and thereafter thirty (30) days before the expiration of the insurance policies.
