Promotional Exam Grades. The grading of each promotional examination shall begin when one eligible promotional candidate completes the examination. As the eligible promotional candidates finish the examination, examinations shall be graded at the examination location and in the presence of the candidate who wants to remain during grading. Each Fire Fighter is entitled to receive one point for each year of seniority in that department with a maximum of ten (10) points. A passing grade is required in order for the Fire Fighter to be entitled to receive points for seniority. The grade must be placed on the eligibility list for each Fire Fighter shall be computed by adding the applicant’s points for seniority to the applicant’s grade on the written examination. Each applicant’s grade on the written examination is based on a maximum grade of 100 points and is determined entirely by the correctness of the applicant’s answers to the questions. All applicants who receive a grade of at least seventy (70) points shall be determined to have passed the examination. If a tie score occurs, the City and the Union shall agree on a method to break the tie. Each promotional eligibility list remains in existence for one year after the date on which the written examination is given, unless exhausted. At the expiration of the 1 year period, the eligibility list expires and a new examination may be held. All current promotional eligibility lists shall remain in effect until October 1, 2010.

  • Promotional Examinations All promotional examinations shall be competitive and shall be conducted in the same manner as open examinations except that admission to a promotional examination shall be restricted to persons in the employ of the County who have served at least six months following regular appointment to the classified service and who meet the published requirements for the examination. The Commission shall determine whether an examination shall be held on a promotional or open basis. 1492 Disposition of Papers and Records Prescribed application forms of persons who fail to appear for the written test and examination records of candidates who fail to qualify in the written test shall be destroyed at any time after thirty days from the date of promulgation of the eligible list. Examination records of candidates who qualify in an examination shall be retained during the life of the eligible list or for 15 months, whichever is longer, and the examination records of each appointee shall be filed in his/her permanent personnel folder. Following the period during which competitors may inspect their examination papers, and after their ratings in each part of the examination have been transferred to examination records, examination materials such as question booklets, answer sheets and work papers may be destroyed, but general qualification appraisal sheets and applications shall be retained at least 15 months from the date of the promulgation of the eligible list.   • Master Contract Sales Reporting System Contractor shall report quarterly Master Contract sales in Enterprise Services’ Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Enterprise Services will provide Contractor with a login password and a vendor number. The password and vendor number will be provided to the Sales Reporting Representative(s) listed on Contractor’s Bidder Profile.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.
