WAGES AND RATES OF PAY 7.01 Wage Schedules applicable to various job classifications are as set forth in Schedule “A”.
PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 19.01 Pay Days
WAGES AND COMPENSATION Section 1:
Payment of Debt Borrower will pay the Debt at the time and in the manner provided in the Loan Agreement, the Note and this Security Instrument.
Withholding for unpaid wages and liquidated damages The FHWA or the contacting agency shall upon its own action or upon written request of an authorized representative of the Department of Labor withhold or cause to be withheld, from any moneys payable on account of work performed by the contractor or subcontractor under any such contract or any other Federal contract with the same prime contractor, or any other federally-assisted contract subject to the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, which is held by the same prime contractor, such sums as may be determined to be necessary to satisfy any liabilities of such contractor or subcontractor for unpaid wages and liquidated damages as provided in the clause set forth in paragraph (2.) of this section.
Treatment of Accounts Not grant or extend the time for payment of any Account, or compromise or settle any Account for less than the full amount thereof, or release any Person or property, in whole or in part, from payment thereof, or allow any credit or discount thereon, other than as normal and customary in the ordinary course of a Grantor’s business or as required by law.

Payment of Debts Contractor must pay all amounts shown as due to the City on the City’s accounts, even if a dispute exists as to the debt’s validity or enforceability.
Fees and Charges of Depositary The Company, the Holders, the Beneficial Owners, and persons depositing Shares or surrendering ADSs for cancellation and withdrawal of Deposited Securities shall be required to pay to the Depositary the Depositary’s fees and related charges identified as payable by them respectively as provided for under Article (9)
Treatment of Each Installment as a Separate Payment For purposes of applying the provisions of Section 409A to this Agreement, each separately identified amount to which the Executive is entitled under this Agreement shall be treated as a separate payment. In addition, to the extent permissible under Section 409A, any series of installment payments under this Agreement shall be treated as a right to a series of separate payments.
