Project Issue Escalations. From time-to-time, issues that are negatively impacting Project progress will arise that require urgent Licensee attention. The Infor and Licensee Project Managers will act as the point of escalation in these circumstances, and will expect the following turnaround times from respective project teams: • Urgent questions/requests where Project progress is being negatively impacted but is not halted – 2 business days. • Critical questions/requests where Project progress is blocked – 1 business day.
