Project - All physical improvements planned for a defined site. Work performed under the Contract Documents may comprise the whole work, or a part of the work planned for the Project Site.   • Site Improvements The City may require a Developer to undertake site improvements upon completion of construction. Site improvements include, but are not limited to, seeding or sodding of front yards, and 4' chain-link fencing. Said site improvements must be undertaken when seasonally appropriate. The City reserves the right to make an exception on a case-by-case basis.

To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no presently planned public improvements which would result in the creation of a special improvement or similar lien upon the Property.
