Program Verification Phase. 1. Project administrative services related to administrative functions undertaken by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER to provide services during this phase of the Project. It will include initial consultation in project development and project-related research, conferences, correspondence, travel, progress reports, etc. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER is required to validate with the OWNER, and revise as requested by the OWNER the OWNER’s Program Statement for the project dated [date] and approved by the University of Nebraska Board of Regents on [date], and incorporated herein by this reference.

Program Verification Phase. .1 Designer shall review the program and other information furnished by Owner, and shall review laws, codes and regulations applicable to Designer’s services. Designer shall meet with Owner to ascertain the general requirements for the Project. If required by the Project, Designer shall verify the functional and departmental objectives of the Project, to advise, with respect to time and budget, the following: selection of the site; the relationship of the Project to other structures and facilities; and scope and functional aspects of the program.

  • Production Phase contract period in which the Development and the Production are to be performed.

  • Account Verification Whether or not a Default or Event of Default exists, Agent shall have the right at any time, in the name of Agent, any designee of Agent or any Borrower, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts of Borrowers by mail, telephone or otherwise. Borrowers shall cooperate fully with Agent in an effort to facilitate and promptly conclude any such verification process.

  • E-Verification If applicable, Contractor represents and warrants that it will ensure its compliance with the Mississippi Employment Protection Act of 2008, and will register and participate in the status verification system for all newly hired employees. Mississippi Code Annotated §§ 71-11-1 et seq. The term “employee” as used herein means any person that is hired to perform work within the State of Mississippi. As used herein, “status verification system” means the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996 that is operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, also known as the E-Verify Program, or any other successor electronic verification system replacing the E-Verify Program. Contractor agrees to maintain records of such compliance. Upon request of the State and after approval of the Social Security Administration or Department of Homeland Security when required, Contractor agrees to provide a copy of each such verification. Contractor further represents and warrants that any person assigned to perform services hereafter meets the employment eligibility requirements of all immigration laws. The breach of this agreement may subject Contractor to the following:

  • Seniority Verification Process i. The new school district shall provide the employee with the necessary verification form at the time the employee achieves continuing contract status.

  • Sick Leave Verification Process a. The new school district shall provide the employee with the necessary verification form at the time the employee receives confirmation of employment in the school district.

  • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

  • Verification Procedure (1) The signature file of each processed file is validated.

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in xxxxx, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Annual Collateral Verification Each year, at the time of delivery of annual financial statements with respect to the preceding Fiscal Year pursuant to Section 5.1(c), Company shall deliver to Collateral Agent a certificate of an Authorized Officer either (i) confirming that there has been no change in such information since the date of the Collateral Questionnaire delivered on the Closing Date or the date of the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to this Section 5.1(o) or (ii) identifying such changes;

  • Construction Phase Payments 10.3.1 Payments for Construction Phase Services shall be made as provided for in the UGSC and Owner’s Specifications. All payment requests shall be submitted through e- Builder® with a Schedule of Values and include all required attachments. Payment for approved Change Orders shall be made as part of Contractor’s Application for Payment. Failure to submit a Prime Contractor Progress Assessment Report form with each Application for Payment will cause rejection of the application by Owner and its return to Contractor.
