Product(s) Training. THERMO shall provide Product(s) training for GMH’s product managers and field application specialists on an as-needed basis to enable GMH to promote the sale of Product(s) and to perform customer training, technical assistance and support for its Customers. Such Product(s) training shall be conducted, at THERMO’s election, at THERMO’s Rancho Cordova, California facilities or at GMH’s facilities in Territory, and will be free of charge. GMH shall be responsible for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with attending such Product(s) training, including travel, airfare and lodging expenses incurred by GMH’s personnel while attending such training in California. Likewise, in the event that THERMO provides training at GMH’s facilities in Territory at GMH’s request, GMH will be responsible for all out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with travel to and attendance at such training reasonably incurred by THERMO in sending a training representative to the GMH’s facilities in Territory. THERMO will provide Product(s) updates and service bulletins as they become available.
Product(s) Training. ThermoGenesis shall provide Product(s) training for ImmuneCyte’s product managers and application support specialists on an as-needed basis to enable ImmuneCyte to promote the use of Product(s) and parts and to perform post-installation field service, user training, technical assistance and support for its users. Such Product(s) training shall be conducted, at ThermoGenesis’ election, at ThermoGenesis’ facilities or at ImmuneCyte’s facilities in Territory, and will be free of charge, provided, however, that ImmuneCyte shall be responsible for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with such Product(s) training, including travel, airfare and lodging expenses incurred by ImmuneCyte’s personnel while attending such training in California. In the case that ThermoGenesis provides training at ImmuneCyte’s facilities in Territory at ImmuneCyte’s request, ImmuneCyte will be responsible for all costs incurred in connection with such training (to be charged on a day-by-day basis), and including the reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by ThermoGenesis in sending a training representative to the ImmuneCyte’s facilities in Territory. Related to Product(s) Training

  • Technical Training 3.1 Party A agrees hereby to provide the following training service to party B and its staffs:

  • First Aid Training a) The Employer will encourage employees to take first-aid and refresher courses and for this purpose will assume the cost of first-aid training. Employees selected by the Employer for first-aid training shall be granted time off without loss of pay.

  • Job Training The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes:

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.

  • Trainings iv. Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • General Training 417. The City will use its best efforts to provide Local 21 represented employees with up to forty (40) hours of paid time off for job-related training and/or professional development, which shall include one day of professional development of an employee’s choice, not to be unreasonably denied. Such time may include departmental-sponsored training and/or professional development; DHR sponsored training and/or professional development; and/or outside training and/or professional development approved by appointing officer or designee. The foregoing includes but is not limited to mandatory continuing education and/or training requirements.

  • Staff Training VENDOR shall ensure that all staff providing direct Services receive continuing education and training as needed or required and that such education and training is documented.
