Princeton University Project Manager. A Princeton University Project Manager will be designated on each individual Release Order issued under this BOA. The Project Manager will be responsible for oversight and conduct of the project/job and for providing clarifications and guidance to the Contractor as may be required within the scope of the individual Release Order. The Contractor shall coordinate and schedule all Work through the Project Manager and keep him/her apprised of progress and any issues or problems that may arise. The Contractor shall take direction regarding the project/job only from the designated Project Manager and shall coordinate any meetings or other communications regarding the project/job with other Princeton University personnel or other individuals or firms contracted by Princeton University with the designated Project Manager.

The Project Manager will be responsible for oversight and conduct of the Project/job and for providing clarifications to the Contractor for the benefit of Princeton University only as may be required within the scope of the individual Release Order and to the extent and subject to the terms of the BOA Documents and without any limitation to or waiver of any obligations of the Contractor required by the Release Order and this BOA. The Contractor shall coordinate and schedule all Work through the Project Manager and keep him/her apprised of progress and any issues or problems that may arise. The Contractor shall take direction regarding the Project/job only from the designated Project Manager (to the extent and subject to the terms of the BOA Documents and without any limitation to or waiver of any obligations of the Contractor required by the Release Order and this BOA) and shall coordinate any meetings or other communications regarding the Project/job with other Princeton University personnel or other individuals or firms contracted by Princeton University with the designated Project Manager.

  • Project Manager, County The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison between the County and the Subrecipient during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Subrecipient. The County’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with the County, shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager and key personnel. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within three (3) business days after written notice from the County’s Project Manager. The County is not required to provide any additional information, reason or rationale in the event it requires the removal of Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing further services under the Contract.

  • Developer Developer shall construct and complete, in a good and workmanlike manner, the Work for the Guaranteed Maximum Price including any adjustment(s) to the Guaranteed Maximum Price pursuant to provisions herein regarding changes to the Guaranteed Maximum Price. Except as otherwise noted, Developer shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, permits (excluding DSA), fees, licenses, facilities, transportation, taxes, bonds and insurance, and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work, except as indicated herein.
