Pricing Arrangements. Individual Release Orders will identify the type of pricing arrangement that will apply. This BOA provides for issuance of Release Orders based on the pricing arrangements described below:

Pricing Arrangements. The OCO may use all types of Fixed-Price, Cost Reimbursement, Incentive, and Time-and- Materials (T&M) pricing arrangements, as provided in FAR Part 16.
Pricing Arrangements. Fees and charges for the Services will be in one or more Pricing Arrangements forming part of this Agreement or (if applicable) part of the Service Schedules in relation to Cash Management Services. The Client acknowledges that the fees and charges for the Services are in addition to any other service fees or other charges that may apply to an Account. ATB Financial may amend the Pricing Schedule or other fees and charges payable for the Services at any time in its sole discretion. ATB Financial will provide notice of such pricing or fee change(s) to the Client by posting such change(s) or amendment(s) on ATB Financial’s website, by secure message on ATB Business, or by delivering (electronically, by mail or personally) an updated Pricing Schedule. By using any of the Services after notice of the pricing or fee change is provided, the Client will be deemed to have accepted the change. 18.2
Pricing Arrangements. 5.1 Handling Fee for the Reagents The Handling Fee for each of the Reagents is inclusive of all taxes (excluding GST). The Handling Fee may be updated by the TGA from time to time (see the TGA's website). Except as expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, the Handling Fee for the Reagents includes all packaging, transport, loading, unloading, storage and other costs and expenses of the TGA, up to the Delivery Point of the Reagents, including unloading of the Reagents at the Delivery Point.

Pricing Arrangements. The price for the realized performance refered in § 1 of the contract consist of: The remuneration charged for the performance of 178.264,- GBP gross, ie 178.264,- GBP net. The real costs of adaptation for staging the performance in Brno according to § 1 contract to a maximum amount of 9.500, - GBP. The real costs of transporting the equipment, lighting and music instruments from Cardiff to Brno and back, but no more than GBP 25.000.- (4 trucks) – without VAT. The transportation will order and cover the Performer directly. The Performer will order and pay the costs of the air transportation directly to the airlines. The real costs of transporting the whole Company from Cardiff to the UK airport and back, which will be no more than GBP 9.250,-. Special expenses directly related to the presentation of a performance pursuant to § 1 of the contract in Brno, up to a maximum of GBP 11.000,- which the Performer is obliged to discuss and agree with the Organizer in advance and prove the approved expenses. The Organizer agrees to include the costs in the above amount of 11.000,- GBP, scheduled for special expenses: The costs for securing work visas for 7 ensemble members, non-resident EU, totaling max. 1.750, - GBP (the organizer undertakes to prove the costs incurred), and the real costs of borrowing a live eagle for the general rehearsal and the performance in Brno. The borowing of the eagle will arrange the Organizer, the price of the borowing of the eagle will be paid by the Performer directly to the eagle´s owner.. The payment of the Grands Rights of 2.5% the gross revenue for the performance under § 1 of the contract to the Performer. The Performer undertakes to settle his obligations to the holder/s of these rights. The Organizer will reimburse only the real costs paid by the Performer, based on an invoice issued by the Performer, annexed by a copy of the supplier invoices.   • Working Arrangements As part of a process leading to improvements, it is recognised that hot weather procedures including relocation, must be part of the formal OH&S procedures developed, adopted and managed on a project basis having regard for the different conditions that may prevail on projects in various locations. When the temperature approaches 35 degrees C, the consultative process outlined in sub-clause 24.1.4 of the VBIA shall occur, with an intention that employees may leave site if the temperature actually reaches 35 degrees C. If the temperature reaches 35 degrees C, the task or activity being performed will be completed before work is to cease and the penalty provisions as for emergency work under the NBCIA shall apply. By agreement with the OH&S committee and head contractor during periods of inclement weather (heat) the Saturday break roster can be applied for weekday work.
