Primary Coverage Hours. Xxxxx agrees to provide Support and Maintenance Services within the days and hours set forth in accordance to the applicable Support level, excluding U.S. holidays observed by Wazuh Inc: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (see table in section 3.3.3).
