Professional Liability Coverage. Consultant shall maintain professional errors and omissions liability insurance for protection against claims alleging negligent acts, errors or omissions which may arise from Consultant or by its employees, or subcontractors. The amount of this insurance shall not be less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) on a claims-made annual aggregate basis, or a combined single-limit per occurrence basis.
Professional Liability Coverage. (1) HMO must maintain, or cause its Network Providers to maintain, Professional Liability Insurance for each Network Provider of $100,000.00 per occurrence and $300,000.00 in the aggregate, or the limits required by the hospital at which the Network Provider has admitting privileges.

Professional Liability Coverage. The Tahlequah Board of Education shall provide Professional Liability Coverage up to $500,000.00 while performing one's duties.

The amount of this insurance shall not be less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) on a claims-made annual aggregate basis, or a combined single-limit-per-occurrence basis. When coverage is provided on a “claims made basis,” CONSULTANT will continue to renew the insurance for a period of three (3) years after this Agreement expires or is terminated. Such insurance will have the same coverage and limits as the policy that was in effect during the term of this Agreement, and will cover CONSULTANT for all claims made by CITY arising out of any errors or omissions of CONSULTANT, or its officers, employees or agents during the time this Agreement was in effect.
Professional Liability Coverage. The Hospital shall provide professional liability coverage for the House Officer as described in Exhibit “B” which is attached hereto and made part of this Agreement by reference. (GME Policy # II-C).
Professional Liability Coverage. The CONSORTIUM agrees to provide professional and general liability coverage for the authorized activities of Resident under this AGREEMENT. It is specifically understood and agreed that this coverage SHALL NOT APPLY to any unauthorized activity. The professional and general liability coverage is an occurrence plan, thus eliminating the need for "tail coverage". Coverage includes protection against awards from claims reported or filed after completion of the program if the alleged actions are within the scope of the residency program.
Professional Liability Coverage a) Membership in the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) or an equivalent shall be a requirement for each Resident Physician.
Professional Liability Coverage. The Hospital shall provide GSM with adequate professional liability insurance that shall cover GSM while rendering professional services within the scope of his/her employment and appointment pursuant to this Agreement. Professional liability insurance for special rotations outside of the Hospital, including outside electives, is subject to the approval of the Program Director and the Graduate Medical Education ("GME")
Professional Liability Coverage. Since Resident is an employee of UCF COM, Resident cannot be held personally liable nor named as a party defendant in any action for injury or damage suffered as a result of any negligent act or omission within the course and scope of the Resident's employment, pursuant to Section 768.28 of the Florida Statutes. The exclusive remedy for any injury or damage resulting from any such negligent act or omission is by an action against the University of Central Florida Board of Trustees ("UCFBOT"). The University of Central Florida College of Medicine Self-Insurance Program, a self-insurance program established by the Florida Board of Governors pursuant to Section 1004.24 of the Florida Statutes, provides professional liability protection to the UCFBOT for incidents in which patients suffer bodily injury, personal injury or property damage caused by the negligence of Resident. In light of the benefits of immunity provided by law, Resident, while performing his/her duties must identify himself/herself at all times as UCFCOM employee and must wear the UCFCOM ID badge at all times while participating in the GME Program. Professional liability coverage for rotations at the Orlando Veterans Administration Medical Center facilities will be provided under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
