Primacy of Agreement. The terms of this Agreement shall be given full effect prior to the application of any term in the Authorized EULAs. To the extent of any inconsistency or conflict, the terms of this Agreement take precedence over any similar terms in any Authorized EULAs. To the extent an Authorized XXXX provides Licensee with options or rights in addition to or beyond those available under this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit Licensee's exercise of such options or rights.
Primacy of Agreement. This Agreement supersedes and cancels any previous agreements and arrangements between Consultant and Boston Scientific with respect to the Consulting Services that are the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be changed only by a writing by both parties.

Any revision in the wording of a teacher’s probationary or continuing contract form will be furnished to the Royal Oak Education Association at the time of initiation except as such wording may refer to part-time employment, salary rate or amount, or beginning and termination dates.
Primacy of Agreement. Upon the occurrence of a Succession Event, this Agreement and the provisions hereof shall supersede any Option Agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof. Upon the occurrence of a Succession Event, in the case of any conflict or inconsistency between this Agreement and any Option Agreement, this Agreement shall control.

Primacy of Agreement. 11A01 In the event of a conflict between an express provision of this Faculty Agreement and any provision contained in a written contract between the College and a member of the bargaining unit, the provisions of this Faculty Agreement shall control and supersede the following documents which heretofore existed: the Constitution of the Faculty of Xxxxxxx College, the Faculty Personnel Policies and the Tenure Guidelines.
Primacy of Agreement. The provisions of this ARTICLE 12 supersede the provisions of any applicable statutory or decisional law with respect to the subject matter of this ARTICLE 12.
