Preparation and Distribution of the Collective Agreement. (a) The Union and the Employer desire every Employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and his/her rights under it. For this reason, sufficient copies of the Agreement will be printed for distribution to Employees. The cost of such printing and distribution shall be borne equally by the parties.

Preparation and Distribution of the Collective Agreement. (a) Within sixty (60) calendar days following the effective day of successive Collective Agreements between the Parties, the Employer shall, at no charge, provide each employee in the bargaining unit with a copy of the new Agreement and shall also, at no charge, provide the Union with twenty (20) copies of said Agreement. The Union may at any time request additional free copies of the Agreement from the Employer and such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • PRINTING OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 33.01 Provided the parties execute the Collective Agreement within sixty (60) days of the ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the parties shall share on a 50/50 basis the cost of printing and distributing of such agreements to the appropriate bargaining unit and management staff.   • Distribution of Agreement The Employer agrees to make available to each employee a copy of this Agreement and to provide a copy of the same Agreement to all new employees entering the employment of the Employer.
