Preparation and Distribution of the Collective Agreement. (a) The Union and the Employer desire every Employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and his/her rights under it. For this reason, sufficient copies of the Agreement will be printed for distribution to Employees. The cost of such printing and distribution shall be borne equally by the parties.
