Preparation and Distribution of the Collective Agreement. (a) Within sixty (60) calendar days following the effective day of successive Collective Agreements between the Parties, the Employer shall, at no charge, provide each employee in the bargaining unit with a copy of the new Agreement and shall also, at no charge, provide the Union with twenty (20) copies of said Agreement. The Union may at any time request additional free copies of the Agreement from the Employer and such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.
