Prepaid Accounts. Seller shall retain all interest in all prepaid accounts existing as of the date of Closing.
Prepaid Accounts. Section 2.23 of the Company Disclosure Letter sets forth a true, correct and complete list of each prepaid customer account serviced by the Company. This list shall contain any customer who pays in advance more than one month.

At that time, you will be asked to replenish the prepayment amount so that Services may be continued. Failure to replenish the prepayment amount with SKYTEK TELECOM INC. before the prepayment funds are depleted will result in the cessation of Services. Services may be continued when prepayment funds are received by SKYTEK TELECOM INC..
Prepaid Accounts. (a) If you’ve chosen pre-payment, you must maintain your account in a credit balance in order to use the Services. No interest is paid on credit balances. Your account is credited when we receive payment from you. You should only pre-pay for Services you expect to use, as all pre-payments are non-refundable. Your credit balance will first be applied to your monthly plan charges, then to any other fixed monthly charges, then to any pay per use or variable charges. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible at all times to keep a sufficient balance in your account to cover all services used.
