Prepaid Accounts. The following requirements apply to prepaid accounts:
Prepaid Accounts. Seller shall retain all interest in all prepaid accounts existing as of the date of Closing.

Following the Closing Date with respect to each applicable Business, the party which has received payments in advance for services which have not been fully performed shall as promptly as practicable pay over to the other party that portion of the advance payments allocable to services not fully performed on the Closing Date, which services such other party is obligated to perform subsequent to the Closing Date.
Prepaid Accounts. SKYTEK TELECOM INC. may offer or require certain accounts to be prepaid. Service types subject to prepayment may include, but may not be limited to: Call Center, IVR, Customers Not Paying By Credit Card, or any other application as determined by SKYTEK TELECOM INC.. Prepayment is normally based one (1) month’s estimated usage, plus a setup fee. The prepayment shall be applied to your account and will be drawn down against usage, monthly recurring or non-recurring fees. You will be notified by SKYTEK TELECOM INC. when the only twenty percent (20%) of the prepayment amount remains on the account. At that time, you will be asked to replenish the prepayment amount so that Services may be continued. Failure to replenish the prepayment amount with SKYTEK TELECOM INC. before the prepayment funds are depleted will result in the cessation of Services. Services may be continued when prepayment funds are received by SKYTEK TELECOM INC..
Prepaid Accounts. (a) If you’ve chosen pre-payment, you must maintain your account in a credit balance in order to use the Services. No interest is paid on credit balances. Your account is credited when we receive payment from you. You should only pre-pay for Services you expect to use, as all pre-payments are non-refundable. Your credit balance will first be applied to your monthly plan charges, then to any other fixed monthly charges, then to any pay per use or variable charges. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible at all times to keep a sufficient balance in your account to cover all services used.

Prepaid Accounts. As of the Closing, AMCI and Seller agree that they will have terminated those accounts of prepaid customers of the Business to the extent relating to the Business who have not used AMCI's or Seller's prepaid cellular service within the prior six months.
