Variable Charges definition

Variable Charges means any charge that varies in respect of each billing period and which is determined by reference to the nature and/or extent of your use of a particular part of the Services, including call charges;
Variable Charges means the Variable Track Usage Charge and, where the context admits, the Traction Electricity Charge as such terms are defined in Schedule 7;

Examples of Variable Charges in a sentence

  • The CVL IM shall calculate the Variable Charges payable by the Train Operator in respect of each Period using the Train Consist Data supplied by the Train Operator and, to the extent such Train Consist Data is not available to the CVL IM, the Default Train Consist Data.

  • At either party's request, the parties shall consult with a view to substituting Train Consist Data for Default Train Consist Data but such consultation shall not delay the issue by the CVL IM or its nominee of the invoice for the Variable Charges in respect of the Period concerned.


More Definitions of Variable Charges

Variable Charges has the meaning given in Clause 4.2.1.
Variable Charges means usage Charges for the Services, as more particularly described in the relevant Purchase Order.
Variable Charges means the charges of that name established in accordance with the Framework Agreement, including the Cost of Gas, the Balancing Fee, Administration Fee and the LDZ & NTS Commodity Charge.
