Variable Charges definition

Variable Charges means the VUC Default Charge, the Electrification Asset Usage Charge, the Variable Usage Charge and the Traction Electricity Charge;
Variable Charges means any charge that varies in respect of each billing period and which is determined by reference to the nature and/or extent of your use of a particular part of the Services, including call charges;
Variable Charges has the meaning given in Clause 4.2.1.

Examples of Variable Charges in a sentence

  • As well as the Periodic Fee we will also charge you Variable Charges which will vary depending on the nature and use of the Services provided.

  • If no Periodic Fee or Variable Charges are specifically stated on your Order Form or otherwise in writing by us, then they will be charged at a level not higher than the prevailing rate published in the Price List from time to time.

  • The invoice or credit note shall be payable at the same time as the invoice for Variable Charges for the relevant Period or, if issued later than 21 days after the end of the relevant Period, within seven days after the date of its issue.

  • At either party's request, the parties shall consult with a view to substituting Train Consist Data for Default Train Consist Data but such consultation shall not delay the issue by the CVL IM or its nominee of the invoice for the Variable Charges in respect of the Period concerned.

  • For that purpose the Operator shall include in every Invoice an amount for non-refundable Taxes in relation to the Variable Charges as reasonably determined by the Operator and shall perform a reconciliation of such amounts determined by the Operator and paid by the User once the final tax statement has been received from the Tax authorities.


More Definitions of Variable Charges

Variable Charges means the Variable Track Usage Charge and, where the context admits, the Traction Electricity Charge as such terms are defined in Schedule 7;
Variable Charges means, collectively, the Variable Charge Per Block Hour and the Variable Charge Per Cycle.
