Monthly Plan definition
Monthly Plan means a document which details the monthly quantities of Timber scheduled by VicForests to be harvested and hauled by the Contractor (or, if applicable, harvested by the Contractor and hauled by the Contractor as well as Other Contractors) in a month during the Annual Harvest and Haulage Period (including, if applicable, the scheduled quantity of Additional Volume) in the form set out in Item 13 of Schedule 1 which plan shall also include details of the Harvest Sites, Delivery Sites, operational instructions, quantities by grade and Monthly Quantity means, subject to paragraphs 12 and 14 of Schedule 4, the total quantities of Timber included in a Monthly Plan.
Monthly Plan means a document which details the monthly quantities of Timber (in cubic meters) scheduled by VicForests to be delivered by the Contractor (and, to the extent the Contractor elects pursuant to Schedule 6, by an Other Contractor) in a month during the Annual Haulage Period in the form set out in Item 9 of Schedule 1, which plan shall also include details of the Harvest Sites, Delivery Sites, operational instructions, indicative volume by grade and the identity of Other Contractors with whom the Contractor may wish to enter into arrangements as contemplated in Schedule 6. Monthly Quantity means, subject to paragraphs 11 and 13 of Schedule 4, the total quantities of Timber included in a Monthly Plan.
Monthly Plan means a document which details the monthly quantities of Timber scheduled by VicForests to be delivered by the Contractor (and, to the extent the Contractor elects pursuant to Schedule 7, by an Other Contractor) in cubic meters in a month during the Annual Haulage Period (including, if applicable, the scheduled quantity of Additional Volume) in the form set out in Item 9 of Schedule 1 which plan shall also include details of the Harvest Sites, Delivery Sites, operational instructions, indicative volume by grade and the identity of Other Contractors with whom the Contractor may wish to enter into arrangements as contemplated in Schedule 7. Monthly Quantity means, subject to paragraphs 11 and 13 of Schedule 5, the total quantities of Timber included in a Monthly Plan.
Examples of Monthly Plan in a sentence
The Schedule Renewal Term for a Monthly Plan is defined as one (1) calendar month beginning at the end of the Schedule Initial Term and each subsequent calendar month thereafter.
If the designated Mobile Monthly Plan or HomePhone+ is terminated/disconnected for whatsoever reason on the bill date of the Service, the Super Value Price of that month will not apply and the Customer will be charged the Standard Price.
The Company will check the account status of the designated Mobile Monthly Plan or HomePhone+ on every bill date of the Service to determine whether Super Value Price or the Standard Price will be charged for the Service to the Customer.
For a Monthly Plan, You may terminate any Schedule for any reason by following the termination procedure located within the Account section of the administrative control panel prior to the beginning of any Schedule Renewal Term.
For Schedules with either a Monthly Plan or an Annual Plan, if Company terminates this Agreement, including any Schedule, pursuant to this Section 2.3(a), Company will not charge You monthly fees for any month following the month in which Company terminates this Agreement, including any Schedule.
More Definitions of Monthly Plan
Monthly Plan a monthly subscription being Basics, Standard, Extra, Advantage or Complete (as set out in our Fees Schedule) which allows you to make Domestic Payments in accordance with the Monthly Payments Allowance;

OHS Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic).
Monthly Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.8 hereof.
