Segregated Accounts. Upon receipt of Proper Instructions, the Custodian shall establish and maintain a segregated account or accounts for and on behalf of the Fund, into which account or accounts may be transferred cash and/or Securities, including Securities maintained in a Depository Account:

Segregated Accounts. Upon receipt of Instructions, the Custodian shall establish and maintain on its books a segregated account or accounts for and on behalf of a Fund, into which account or accounts may be transferred Assets of such Fund, including Securities maintained by the Custodian in a Securities System pursuant to Paragraph (b)(3) of this Section 4, said account or accounts to be maintained (i) for the purposes set forth in Sections 4(g), 4(h) and 4(n) and (ii) for the purpose of compliance by such Fund with the procedures required by the SEC Investment Company Act Release Number 10666 or any subsequent release or releases relating to the maintenance of segregated accounts by registered investment companies, or (iii) for such other purposes as may be set forth, from time to time, in Special Instructions. The Custodian shall not be responsible for the determination of the type or amount of Assets to be held in any segregated account referred to in this paragraph, or for compliance by the Fund with required procedures noted in (ii) above.
Segregated Accounts. (i) PFPC Trust shall upon receipt of Written Instructions or Oral Instructions establish and maintain segregated accounts on its records for and on behalf of each Portfolio. The Custodian shall not be responsible for the determination of the type or amount of assets to be held in any segregated account referred to in this paragraph.
Segregated Accounts. Upon receipt of Instructions, the Custodian will, from time to time establish segregated accounts on behalf of the applicable Series to hold and deal with specified assets as shall be directed.
