Common use of Pregnancy Disability Leave Clause in Contracts

Pregnancy Disability Leave. 1. An employee who is disabled from working because of pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions shall be granted upon request, a leave of absence for up to 4 months during the period of disability.
