Preference in Vacations. Every effort will be made, subject to the requirements of the operation, to allow employees to take earned vacation at a time of their choice. Seniority shall be the deciding factor for employees wishing to take earned vacation providing the leave form is submitted before March 1st of each year for vacation leave between the following May 1st and October 31st, and providing the leave form is submitted before September 1st for vacation leave between the following November 1st and April 30th.
