Delivery Period 6.1 The delivery period begins as soon as the Agreement has been entered into and all official formalities have been obtained or fulfilled, as the case may be. The delivery period shall be deemed to have been observed if the delivery has been made or the Purchaser has been notified that the deliverable is ready for shipment. Partial deliv- eries are permitted.
Delivery Term The period for which prices for All-Requirements Power Supply have been established, as set forth in Exhibit A.
PRODUCT DELIVERY Delivery must be made as ordered to the address specified on the Purchase Order and in accordance with the terms of the Contract or Contract Award Notice. Unless otherwise specified in the Bid Documents, delivery shall be made within thirty calendar days after receipt of a Purchase Order by the Contractor. The decision of the Commissioner as to compliance with delivery terms shall be final. The burden of proof for delay in receipt of Purchase Order shall rest with the Contractor. In all instances of a potential or actual delay in delivery, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Commissioner and the Authorized User, and confirm in writing the explanation of the delay, and take appropriate action to avoid any subsequent late deliveries. Any extension of time for delivery must be requested in writing by the Contractor and approved in writing by the Authorized User. Failure to meet such delivery time schedule may be grounds for cancellation of the order or, in the Commissionerβs discretion, the Contract.
DELIVERY PRESSURE Xxxxxx agrees to use due care and diligence to furnish gas hereunder at such uniform pressure as Seller may elect up to, but not exceeding 20 pounds per square inch gauge, and not less than 5 pounds per square inch gauge, at the "Point of Delivery". Buyer shall be responsible for the installation and operation of adequate safety equipment downstream of the Point of Delivery so as to relieve or control pressure variations within the limits described above that may, for any reason through malfunction of Seller's equipment or otherwise, occur on Buyer's side of the "Delivery Point".

Closing Deliverables (a) At the Closing, Seller shall deliver to Buyer the following:
Project Delivery Contractor shall construct the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents, and Contractor shall deliver the Project completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, substantially free from defects, and within the Contract Time.
Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the pay- ment of any Dues due. During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. However, the Sub- xxxxxxx will be liable for payment of Dues accruing during the period the Agreement continues in force.
Evaluation During the Probationary Period 1. At or about the time of the delivery of a probationary letter, the evaluator shall hold a personal conference with the probationary teacher to discuss performance deficiencies and the remedial measures to be taken.
PRICE/DELIVERY Price(s) bid must be the price(s) for new goods, unless otherwise specified. Any bids containing modifying or βescalatorβ clauses will not be considered unless specifically requested in the bid specifications.
