Common use of Practical Nurse Clause in Contracts

Practical Nurse. A Practical Nurse shall be recognized as one who is in possession of a diploma from a recognized Practical Nurse School and/or holds a valid British Columbia Practical Nurse License.

Practical Nurse. A Licensed Practical Nurse shall be recognized as one who is in possession of a diploma from a recognized Practical Nurse School and/or holds a valid valid, practicing British Columbia Practical Nurse License.

Practical Nurse. A Licensed Practical Nurse shall be recognized as one who is in possession of a diploma from a recognized Practical Nurse School and/or and holds a valid current license from the British Columbia Practical Nurse LicenseCollege of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
