Intersession and/or Summer semesters are encouraged but not required. Remain in good academic, financial, and disciplinary status. Institutions reserve the right to remove students from the Commonwealth Commitment program who fail to maintain all eligibility requirements (see Implementation Guidelines). Enroll as a full-time, degree-seeking student at a community college. Earn at least 12 college-level credits per semester at one community college. Complete an associate degree within two and a half years of signing the Participation Agreement. If I intend to Transfer to a Massachusetts state university or UMASS campus: Immediately following completion of my associate degree, I must enroll as a full-time, degree-seeking student. Earn at least 15 college-level credits per semester at one university. I may not attend another college or university in the interim. Complete a bachelor degree within two years of transferring. If I intend to Transfer to a Massachusetts College of Art and Design or Massachusetts Maritime Academy: Enroll after one and a half years* of signing the Participation Agreement as a full-time, degree-seeking student.   • Instructions Appearing to be Genuine The Custodian and all Domestic Subcustodians shall be fully protected and indemnified in acting as a custodian hereunder upon any Resolutions of the Board of Directors or Trustees, Instructions, Special Instructions, advice, notice, request, consent, certificate, instrument or paper appearing to it to be genuine and to have been properly executed and shall, unless otherwise specifically provided herein, be entitled to receive as conclusive proof of any fact or matter required to be ascertained from any Fund hereunder a certificate signed by any officer of such Fund authorized to countersign or confirm Special Instructions.

  • Commissioner or Authorized User Contractor further warrants, covenants and represents that any confidential information obtained by Contractor, its agents, Subcontractors, officers, distributors, resellers or employees in the course of performing its obligations, including without limitation, security procedures, business operations information, or commercial proprietary information in the possession of the State or any Authorized User hereunder or received from another third party, will not be divulged to any third parties. Contractor shall not be required to keep confidential any such material that is publicly available through no fault of Contractor, independently developed by Contractor without reliance on confidential information of the Authorized User, or otherwise obtained under the Freedom of Information Act or other applicable New York State laws and regulations. This warranty shall survive termination of this Contract. Contractor further agrees to take appropriate steps as to its agents, Subcontractors, officers, distributors, resellers or employees regarding the obligations arising under this clause to insure such confidentiality.

  • Markings 1.8.1. Every hose shall bear, at intervals of not greater than 0.5 m, the following clearly legible and indelible identification markings consisting of characters, figures or symbols.

  • Notice of variation of order of application The Agent may give notices under Clause 17.2 from time to time; and such a notice may be stated to apply not only to sums which may be received or recovered in the future, but also to any sum which has been received or recovered on or after the third Business Day before the date on which the notice is served.

  • Description of Goods or Services and Additional Terms and Conditions The Contractor shall perform as set forth in Exhibit A. For purposes of this Contract, to perform and the performance in Exhibit A is referred to as “Perform” and the “Performance.”

  • Notice to U.S. Government End Users The Licensed Software and Documentation are deemed to be “Commercial Items,” as defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation,” as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7207, as applicable. Consistent with such sections, the Licensed Software and Documentation are licensed to U.S. Government end users (i) only as Commercial Items, and (ii) with only those rights as are granted pursuant to this License Agreement. Manufacturer is Micro Focus (US), Inc., 000 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxx., Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 as or on behalf of Licensor.

  • Customer Identification Program Notice To help the U.S. government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, U.S. Federal law requires each financial institution to obtain, verify, and record certain information that identifies each person who initially opens an account with that financial institution on or after October 1, 2003. Certain of PNC’s affiliates are financial institutions, and PNC may, as a matter of policy, request (or may have already requested) the Fund’s name, address and taxpayer identification number or other government-issued identification number, and, if such party is a natural person, that party’s date of birth.
