Implementation Guidelines definition

Implementation Guidelines means the Borrower’s Guidelines of Basic Education Project Implementation set out in the Joint Decree of the Director General of Primary and Secondary Education, MOEC, the Director General of Islamic Institutions Development, XXXX, and the Director General of Regional Development, MOHA, No. 426/C/Kep/PR/98, No. E/349/98, and No. 050-258/SK-Bangda/98, respectively, dated October 27, 1998, as amended from time to time in agreement with the Association;
Implementation Guidelines means the guidelines for implementation of this chapter to be developed by the public art subcommittee.
Implementation Guidelines mean the guidelines for each Implementation and the restrictions specific thereto that Publisher must follow to be eligible to earn Revenue under this Agreement. Implementation Guidelines are available for review online at xxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.Xxxxxxxx.xxx/publishers/Publisher_Help_Center for every Implementation, and may be amended at any time by Xxxxxxxx.xxx at its sole discretion.

  • Modification Guidelines has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.
