Playboy TV en Espanol Service. The Playboy TV en Espanol Service shall be a Spanish language (dubbed and/or subtitled) 24-hour programming service in the "Hot Version," as set forth in the Programming Schedule on Exhibit A. Its programming is configured in a daily eight (8) hour block with three (3) repeats or runs, consisting primarily of Playboy-branded adult movies, series, specials and a variety of programs. The programming service consists of approximately thirty (30) different movies, series and/or programs per month, of which 15 are premier movies. Premiers are exhibited 4 times during Confidential Treatment the month as follows: the premier during Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and 3 repeats on weekdays". Affiliate acknowledges that Programmer does not program the Playboy TV en Espanol service. As such, Programmer shall give Affiliate prompt notice of any changes to the above description of which Programmer is informed, and in the event of a material deviation from the description above, Affiliate shall have the right to discontinue the Playboy TV en Espanol service with ten (10) days written notice, but such deviation shall not constitute a material breach under the agreement entitling Affiliate to other remedies.

Playboy TV en Espanol Service. The Playboy TV En Espanol Service is and shall at all times during the Term be a 24-hour per day, 7-day per week, professionally-produced, premium programming service that consists solely of Spanish language and/or Spanish-dubbed adult Programs, including adult films licensed from third parties, all of which shall comply, in all respects, with the Partial Edited Standards, and Playboy TV original Programs, which shall consist of a mix of Programs that comply, in all respects with either the Traditional Cable Edited Standards or the Partial Edited Standards. In no event shall any of the programming contained in the Playboy TV En Espanol Service exceed the limitations imposed by, or otherwise be more explicit than programming that complies, in all respects, with the Partial Edited Standards. At all times during the Term, the Playboy TV En Espanol Service shall consist of programming similar in all material respects, to that described on the program schedule attached hereto as Exhibit C-2.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Universal service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations it wishes to maintain.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Reconex for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
