PLANT VISITATIONS. The business representative of the Union, bearing credentials from the Union, shall be allowed in the plant for the purpose of conducting Union business during working hours at such reasonable times as are determined by the plant superintendent provided that there shall be no interference with work.

PLANT VISITATIONS. 23.01 Duly authorized representatives of the Union who are not employees of the Company shall have reasonable access to the premises of Xxxxxxx Space Center.
PLANT VISITATIONS. (a) The Company shall allow the designated Union Representative unescorted, and free access to the Company’s lunchroom(s) during working hours for the purpose of investigating conditions and grievances related to this agreement and shall in no way interrupt the Company’s working schedule provided reception is notified at time of arrival.

PLANT VISITATIONS. 6.01 If a Business Agent of the Union wishes to enter the Company's premises in the administration of this Agreement he shall request permission from the Company and such permission will not be unreasonably withheld. The Business Agent shall notify the Company and if permission is granted by the Company, the Business Agent may be accompanied by an official of the Company and the Business Agent shall not interfere with the work of the employees or the operation of the Company.

  • Visitation and Inspection The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit any representative of the Administrative Agent or any Lender to visit and inspect its properties, to examine its books and records and to make copies and take extracts therefrom, and to discuss its affairs, finances and accounts with any of its officers and with its independent certified public accountants, all at such reasonable times as the Administrative Agent or any Lender may reasonably request after reasonable prior notice to the Borrower; provided that (a) so long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall not make more than one (1) such visit and inspection in any Fiscal Year; (b) if an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, no prior notice shall be required and the limitation on the number of visits and inspections shall no longer apply; (c) any such inspection and examination, copies and discussions shall not be permitted to the extent it would violate confidentiality agreements or result in a loss of attorney-client privilege or claim of attorney work product so long as the Borrower notifies the Administrative Agent of such limitation and the reason therefor; and (d) any such inspection and examination, copies and discussions shall be subject to the terms of any applicable Master Lease and the accompanying Collateral Access Agreement.

  • Landscaping Maintaining, tending and cultivating and (as necessary) re-stocking any garden or grassed areas including replacing plants, shrubs and trees as necessary.
