Planning of training. It is recommended that continuous and systematic education and training planning is made for the enterprise’s employees engaged under a “school scheme”, see section 7. The education and training planning should involve the preparation of a competency/education and training plan for the individ- ual employee. This may be done through the employer’s efforts, in cooperation with the em- ployee, to plan this course of events in the closing periods of the schools, such as the winter holidays in week 7 or 8 and in the autumn holidays in week 42. The training process of the employee is of course education, see subsection 3, and process is supported by Servicebranchens Udviklingsfond (SBUF) accord- ing to the guidelines for this, which means in relation to training that is on the fund’s positive list.   • Staff Training VENDOR shall ensure that all staff providing direct Services receive continuing education and training as needed or required and that such education and training is documented.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

Pursuant to O.C.G.A §20-2-2072 and relevant State Board rules, the training shall include, but not be limited to, best practices on school governance, the constitutional and statutory requirements relating to public records and meetings, and the requirements of applicable statutes and rules and regulations.

  • Supervisor Training Topics include:

  • Employment of trained personnel The Concessionaire shall ensure that the personnel engaged by it in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement are at all times properly trained for their respective functions.

The Operating Committee shall review and approve the NYS Transmission Plan prepared by the ISO staff and reliability assessments performed using such NYS Transmission Plan, to ensure conformance with the Reliability Rules. The Operating Committee shall review and approve illustrative NYS Transmission System expansion options developed by ISO staff in response to PSC requests. The Operating Committee, at the request of a Committee member, may review the adequacy of cost recovery mechanisms for transmission expansion.
