Place of Payment of Rent. Tenant shall make all payments of Rent to Landlord by electronic wire transfer in accordance with the wiring instructions set forth in Exhibit D attached hereto, subject to change in accordance with other written instructions provided by Landlord from time to time.

Place of Payment of Rent. The parties acknowledge and agree that the Rent provided for in Section 4.01 shall be paid to the Servicer, at its principal corporate office located in Charlotte, North Carolina or in accordance with written instructions for wire transfer of funds to the Servicer for the account of BB&T, for deposit in the accounts held by the Servicer for the benefit of BB&T. Additionally, the parties acknowledge and agree that neither presentment nor surrender of the Lease is required for principal (including the final maturity payment) or interest payments.
