Place of Payments. The Company shall make all Loan Payments directly to the Trustee at its Principal Office. Additional Payments shall be made directly to the person or entity to whom or to which they are due.

Place of Payments. All payments of principal and interest on the Revolving Credit Loan and all payments of fees required hereunder shall be made to the Bank, at its address listed in Section 9.2 of this Agreement or such other location as the Bank may designate in writing or accept such payments in immediately available funds.
