Your Rescue Dog needs to attend this class within 6 months of your adoption date. *Puppy classes MAY NOT start until the puppy is 16 weeks old and fully vaccinated. The only exception to this rule is if you attend a class that is strictly designed for underage puppies in an environment that controls the risk of diseases like Parvo and Distemper. DO NOT take your under-vaccinated puppy to a class at Petco or Petsmart, even if they say it is acceptable. Adopter agrees to provide obedience training for the dog at their cost. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the adopter. Proof of completed training must be presented to Rescue upon completion of the class. If the training is not completed, the deposit will not be returned. If the training is not completed and the dog is returned to the Rescue, Adopter will be financially responsible for the cost to complete training.
