Program Details means the specific details provided to Influencer by Brand, including, but not limited to, compensation, program dates, branding guidelines, general and specific responsibilities of Influencer and Brand. Influencer may engage in multiple Program Details, each governed by this Agreement. This Program Details are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. If any provisions of the Program Details conflict with this Agreement, then the Program Details will control.

Examples of Program Details in a sentence
Influencer may only provide the types of Influencer Content authorized in the Program Details and such Influencer Content may only be used in the manner specified in the Influencer Agreement.
Influencer agrees that the compensation described in the Program Details (the “Fees”) represent Influencer’s entire compensation for all Services and Influencer will not be entitled to reimbursement for any expenses unless agreed upon in writing within the Program Details.

C. Weownomy desires to engage you in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (the “Engagement”) to create professional-quality, custom brand-integrated content (the “Custom Content”) in order to promote a specific brand in particular Weownomy Personal Social Network (the “Brand”).
Program Details means the specific details provided to Influencer by Brand, including, but not limited to, compensation, deliverables, program dates, branding guidelines, general and specific responsibilities of Influencer and Brand, which shall be addended to this agreement as Exhibit C, and successively numbered for each Program Brand and Influencer agree upon. For example, the first Program Details shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Exhibit C-1, and any Program after will be C-2.
