Pest Control Plan. At the initiation of service, the Contractor shall become familiar with the school’s site- specific IPM Plan. If aspects of the Pest Control Plan are incomplete or managerially ineffective, then the Contractor shall have five (5) working days to submit suggested revisions to the plan. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to carry out work according to the approved IPM Plan for each school building or site. The Contractor shall receive the concurrence of the IPM Coordinator prior to implementing any subsequent changes to the approved IPM Plan, including additions or replacements to the pesticide list and to on-site service personnel.

Pest Control Plan. Prior to initiation of service, the Contractor shall submit to the COR a Pest Control Plan for each building or site within the agreed upon number of working days following the initial inspection. Upon receipt of the Pest Control Plan, the COR will render a decision regarding its acceptability within an agreed upon number of working days. The Contractor shall be on site to initiate service within an agreed upon number of working days following notice of approval. If aspects of the Pest Control Plan are incomplete or disapproved, the Contractor shall have an agreed upon number of working days to submit revisions.   • Quality Control Plan Within forty five (45) days after the design development documents are approved, the Design-Builder shall develop a quality control plan for the Project (the “Quality Control Plan”). A draft of the Quality Control Plan shall be submitted to the Department and shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval. The Quality Control Plan shall be tailored to the specific products/type of construction activities contemplated by the GMP Basis Documents, and in general, shall include a table of contents, quality control team organization, duties/responsibilities of quality control personnel, submittal procedures, inspection procedures, deficiency correction procedures, documentation process, and a list of any other specific actions or procedures that will be required for key elements of the Work.

  • Severance Plan The term “Severance Plan” shall mean the Assured Guaranty Ltd. Executive Severance Plan.

  • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.

  • Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. The Quality Control Program shall be organized to address, as a minimum, the following items:

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Substance Abuse Program The SFMTA General Manager or designee will manage all aspects of the FTA-mandated Substance Abuse Program. He/she shall have appointing and removal authority over all personnel working for the Substance Abuse Program personnel, and shall be responsible for the supervision of the SAP.

  • Group Life Insurance Plan Section 1 - Eligibility Regular full-time and regular part-time employees who are on staff January 1, 1979 or who join the staff following this date shall, upon completion of the three-month probationary period, become members of the Group Life Insurance Plan as a condition of employment.

  • Management Plan The Management Plan is the description and definition of the phasing, sequencing and timing of the major Individual Project activities for design, construction procurement, construction and occupancy as described in the IPPA.

  • Group Insurance Plan The carriers, coverage, and terms and conditions of participation under the District’s Group Insurance Plan are subject to change in accordance with the applicable provisions of Title I, Division 4, Chapter 10 of the California Government Code (Section 3500 et seq.)
