Personnel Selection Leave With Pay. 28.04 Where an employee participates as a candidate in a personnel selection process for a position within NAV CANADA, the employee is entitled to leave of absence with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as NAV CANADA considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where the employee's presence is so required. Remuneration in these circumstances shall be limited to regular salary.
