Personnel Selection Leave With Pay. Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process for a position within the Company, the employee is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which the employee’s presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Company considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where his or her presence is so required. If an employee, scheduled to work on a shift other than the day shift, is required to attend the selection process, the employee may, upon reasonable notice to the Company, elect to have his or her shift changed to the day shift. The employee shall not be eligible for a short notice shift change premium.
