Common use of PERSONAL INJURY BENEFITS Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL INJURY BENEFITS. A. 1. Whenever a teacher is absent from duty as a result of personal injury caused by an accident or an assault and/or battery upon the teacher arising out of and in the course of employment, the teacher will be paid full salary (less the amount of any worker's compensation paid for said injury) for the period of such absence not to exceed 189 working days.

PERSONAL INJURY BENEFITS. A. 1. Whenever a teacher is absent from duty school as a result of a personal injury caused by an accident or an assault and/or battery upon the teacher arising out of and occurring in the course of his/her employment, the teacher he/she will be paid his/her full salary (less the amount of any worker's compensation paid for said injury) for the period of such absence not and no part of such absence will be charged to exceed 189 working dayshis/her annual or accumulated sick leave.

PERSONAL INJURY BENEFITS. A. 1. Whenever a teacher is absent from duty school as a result of personal injury caused by an accident or an assault and/or battery upon the teacher arising out of and in the course of employmenthis/her employment as determined by the Workers' Compensation Administration, the teacher will he/she shall be paid his/her full salary (less the amount of any worker's workers' compensation paid award made for temporary disability due to said injury) for the period of such absence absence, not to exceed 189 working ninety (90) calendar days, and thereafter such absence shall be charged to his/her annual or accumulated sick leave.

PERSONAL INJURY BENEFITS. A. 1. Whenever a teacher is absent from duty school as a result of personal injury because of an accident, including an assault, not specifically caused by an accident or an assault and/or battery upon the teacher arising out of his own negligence and occurring in the course scope of employmenthis employment and the performance of his duties, the teacher will he shall be paid his full salary (less the amount of any worker's compensation paid for said injury) for during the period of his absence from school and such absence shall not be charged against sick leave, subject, however, to exceed 189 working days.the following conditions:

Whenever a teacher is absent from duty school as a result of personal injury caused by an assault or accident or an assault and/or battery upon the teacher arising out of and occurring in the course of their employment, the teacher he/she will be paid their full salary (less the amount of any workerworkmen's compensation paid award made for temporary disability due to said injury) for the period of such absence not up to exceed 189 working daysone year and no part shall be deducted from accumulated sick leave.

PERSONAL INJURY BENEFITS. A. 1. Whenever a teacher is absent from duty school as a result of a personal injury caused by an accident or an assault and/or battery upon the teacher arising out of and occurring in the course discharge of employmenthis or her school duties, the teacher s/he will be paid his or her full salary (less the amount of any worker's workers' compensation paid pay made for temporary disability due to said injury) for the period of such absence, and no part of such absence not will be charged to exceed 189 working his or her annual or accumulated sick leave for the first thirty (30) days.

PERSONAL INJURY BENEFITS. A. 1. Whenever a teacher is absent from duty school as a result of personal injury caused by an accident or an assault and/or battery upon the teacher arising out of and in the course of his/her employment, the teacher will he/she shall be paid his/her full salary (less the amount of any worker's compensation paid Workers’ Compensation award made for temporary disability due to said injury) for the a maximum period of such absence not to exceed 189 working 150 calendar days. Sick leave shall be charged on a prorata basis.

PERSONAL INJURY BENEFITS. A. 1. Whenever a teacher is absent from duty school as a result of personal injury caused by an accident or an assault and/or battery upon the teacher arising out of and by a student, occurring in the course of the teacher's employment, the teacher will be paid his/her full salary (less the amount of any worker's compensation paid for said injury) for the period of such absence, and no part of such absence not will be charged to exceed 189 working dayshis/her annual sick leave. Under these conditions any benefits accruing to the teacher would be remitted to the District.

The difference in pay between the workmen's compensation award and full pay will be charged off to exceed 189 working daysthe teacher's annual or accumulated sick leave.
