Personal Illness Leave. a. Sick leave shall be twelve (12) working days per school year, on a prorated basis, if employed for a period of less than one (1) school year. Sick leave granted for the year shall be referred to in this Agreement as current sick leave. Accumulated sick leave shall consist of previously earned but unused sick leave.
