Additional Benefits During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall be entitled to the following fringe benefits:
Death Benefits Upon the Executive's death during the Contract Period, his estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.
Optional Benefits Optional Group Life Insurance This plan is available on an optional, employee-pay-all basis and you may apply to purchase additional group life insurance coverage for you and/or your spouse. Coverage is available from a minimum of $10,000 to a maximum of $300,000 in increments of $10,000.

ELHT Benefits The Parties agree that since all active eligible employees have now transitioned to the OSSTF ELHT all references to existing life, health and dental benefits plans in the applicable local collective agreement for active eligible employees shall be removed from that local agreement. Supplemental Benefits The employer shall maintain a “Supplemental Unemployment Benefits Plan” pursuant to the Employment Insurance Act and Regulations. The employer shall make amendments as appropriate to ensure that the Plan provides the maximum permissible benefits in conjunction with Article 17.03.
Dental Benefits The County offers dental and orthodontic benefits to full and part-time regular employees and their eligible dependent(s). Benefit provisions, co payments and deductibles are outlined in the Evidence of Coverage. The employee contribution is $13 per pay period ($28.26 per month). The County shall contribute to part-time eligible employees on a pro-rated basis, in accordance with Section 10.2.6.
Employer Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall compensate the Employer for vacation which was taken but to which she was not entitled.
Sick Leave to Establish EI Maternity Benefits If the Employee will be able to establish a new EI Maternity Benefit claim in the six weeks immediately following the birth of her child through access to sick leave at 100% of her regular salary, she shall be eligible for up to six weeks leave at 100% of her regular salary without deduction from the sick days or short term disability leave days (remainder of six weeks topped-up as SEB).
