Common use of PERIOD OF SERVICE Clause in Contracts

PERIOD OF SERVICE. The CONSULTANT’S period of service shall complete the scope of work stated in Exhibit A by April 30, 2020, provided a written “Notice to Proceed” is issued by September 30, 2019. The CONSULTANT’S services shall be provided in general accordance with the schedule as defined in Exhibit B. The OWNER may consider a failure by CONSULTANT to meet the schedule in Exhibit B with regard to any phase of the work as a breach of this Agreement.

PERIOD OF SERVICE. 4.1 The CONSULTANT’S period of service shall complete the scope of work stated in Exhibit A by April September 30, 20202014, provided a written “Notice to Proceed” is issued by September 30December 20, 20192013. The CONSULTANT’S services shall be provided in general accordance with the schedule as defined in Exhibit B. The OWNER may consider a failure by CONSULTANT to meet the schedule in Exhibit B with regard to any phase of the work as a breach of this Agreement.B.

PERIOD OF SERVICE. The CONSULTANT’S period of service shall complete the scope of work stated in Exhibit A by April 30December 31, 2020, provided 2015. No payment will be made for work undertaken before the OWNER issues a written “Notice to Proceed” is issued by September 30, 2019”.
