Performance of Make-ready Work. Except as otherwise specifically provided in Section 10.02 and in this section, make-ready work shall be performed by SWBT or by contractors, subcontractors, or other persons acting on SWBT’s behalf and shall be performed by SWBT in accordance with the same time intervals which would be applicable if SWBT were performing the work for itself.

Performance of Make-ready Work. Except as otherwise specifically provided in Section 10.02 and in this section, make-ready work shall be performed by SBC MISSOURI or by authorized contractors or other persons acting on SBC MISSOURI’s behalf and shall be performed by SBC MISSOURI in accordance with the same time intervals which would be applicable if SBC MISSOURI were performing the work for itself.
Performance of Make-ready Work. If it is determined that Make Ready Work will be necessary to accommodate Permittee’s Attachments, Permittee will have forty-five (45) days (the “Acceptance Period”) to either (i) submit payment for the estimated unit costs authorizing the Company to complete the Make Ready Work, in which case, the Company shall schedule and complete the Make Ready Work on a nondiscriminatory, commercially-reasonable basis without unreasonable delay, following its receipt of such payment; or (ii) advise the Company of its willingness to perform the proposed make-ready work itself if permissible in the application area. Permittee agrees to pay in advance all of the Company’s estimated unit costs to perform Make Ready Work at Permittee’s expense. The total cost for such work is reconciled based on the Company’s actual costs at the end of the project. The Company’s estimated unit costs for such work are set forth in Exhibit C. The Company may revise such estimated unit costs, from time to time, upon sixty (60) days’ written notice to Permittee. Alternatively, the Company will at its discretion allow Permittee to perform Make Ready Work at Permittee’s expense. Make Ready Work performed by Permittee, or by a contractor approved by Company (“Authorized Contractor”) and selected by Permittee, shall be performed in accordance with the Company’s specifications and in accordance with the same standards and practices that would be followed if such work were being performed by the Company or the Company’s contractors. Neither Permittee nor Authorized Contractors selected by Permitted shall conduct such work in any manner that degrades the integrity of Company Space or any equipment or facilities in such Space or in which such Space is located or that interferes with any existing use of any such equipment, facilities, or Space. Permittee shall make arrangements with third parties who have facilities occupying Company Space regarding reimbursement for any expenses incurred by such third parties in transferring or rearranging their facilities and equipment to accommodate the placement of Permittee’s Attachments in the Company Space.
Performance of Make-ready Work. If Make-Ready Work is required to accommodate Licensee's Attachments, JEA or its contractors shall perform such work pursuant to Article VII. The Licensee has the option of hiring a JEA approved contractor to perform the Make-Ready Work.

Performance of Make-ready Work. Make-Ready Work shall be performed only by Utility and/or a contractor authorized by Utility to perform such work. If Utility cannot perform the Make-Ready Work to accommodate Licensee's Facilities within time period specified in the work schedule provided pursuant to Section 5.7.2, Licensee may seek permission from Utility for Licensee to perform such work itself or employ a qualified contractor to perform the work. Any person, company, or contractor who performs Make-Ready Work must be preapproved by Utility. A list of pre-approved contractors appears in Appendix B; Utility may update this list from time to time on an as-needed basis pursuant to Section 24.1.
