The Cardholder Agreement, which contains the specific terms and conditions (cardholder data; interest; fees) together with these General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein, constitute the Framework Agreement for the purposes of Royal Decree-Law 19/2018 of 23 November on payment services and other urgent measures in financial matters (hereinafter referred to indistinctly as RDl 19/2018 or Royal Decree-Law 19/2018), the provider of which is the Bank.
