Payment of Time. An Officer covered by this Agreement who resigns, retires or dies, shall be entitled to and shall receive all unused compensatory time accumulated by said Officer including furlough time, baby furlough days, personal days, and holidays. An Officer who is separated for cause shall be entitled to receive only unused compensatory time accumulated as a result of earned overtime for hours worked in excess of 171 per 28-day period.

Payment of Time. A Captain covered by this Agreement who resigns or dies shall be entitled to and shall be paid for all unused compensatory time accumulated by said Captain, including furlough time, Baby Furlough Days and personal days. A Captain who is separated for cause shall be entitled to receive only unused compensatory time accumulated as a result of earned overtime for hours worked in excess of 171 per twenty-eight- (28-) day period.

Payment of Time. Trainmen’s time shall be computed from the time men are required to report for their run, and shall finish at the time they arrive at their home terminal after they have finished their run and been relieved of charge of their train.

  • Computation of Time In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by procedures herein, the date of the act, event, or default for which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included. The last day of the period so computed shall be counted, unless it is a Saturday, a Sunday, or a legal holiday, in which event the period runs until the end of the next day which is not a Saturday, a Sunday, or a legal holiday.

  • Extension of Time If the Executive shall be in violation of any provision of this Article 6, then each time limitation set forth in this Article 6 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time during which such violation or violations occur. If the Company seeks injunctive relief from such violation in any court, then the covenants set forth in this Article 6 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the pendency of such proceeding including all appeals by the Executive.

  • Extensions of Time 34.1 If at any time during performance of the Contract, the Supplier or its subcontractors should encounter conditions impeding timely delivery of the Goods or completion of Related Services pursuant to GCC Clause 13, the Supplier shall promptly notify the Procuring Entity in writing of the delay, its likely duration, and its cause. As soon as practicable after receipt of the Supplier's notice, the Procuring Entity shall evaluate the situation and may at its discretion extend the Supplier's time for performance, in which case the extension shall be ratified by the parties by amendment of the Contract.

  • Extension of Time Limits The time limits referred to in this Article may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties in writing.

  • No Extension of Time If the Owner’s determination proves valid that good cause existed to believe a violation had occurred, the Contractor is not entitled to an extension of time for any delay arising directly or indirectly from the arbitration procedures set forth herein.
