Payment and Discounts. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date the Goods and Services are accepted by the City or receipt of invoice, whichever is later. Early payment discounts will be calculated from the date the Goods and Services are accepted by the City, or receipt of invoice, whichever is later. Any cash discount periods will be calculated from the date the invoice is received by the City. The City will not be responsible for the payment for any goods supplied or services performed without a PO. Payment of any invoice prior to the supply of the Goods and Services will not be deemed to be an acceptance of the quantity and quality of the Goods and Services as invoiced, or at all.

Payment and Discounts. Payment for the puppy shall be in the form of cash, check, venmo, or direct deposit into Seller’s bank account. Check must clear before dog is picked up or shipped. All payment must be paid in full before any dogs leave our facility. Return customers (if puppy was not sold from the original buyer) will receive a $200 discount

Payment and Discounts. (a) In regards to terms granted by Seller to Buyer, time will be computed from (1) the scheduled delivery date, (2) the date of final acceptance of the articles, or (3) the date of receipt by Xxxxx of a correct invoice or voucher, whichever if later.   • Reduction and Disconnection NYISO or Transmission Owner may reduce Network Access Interconnection Service or disconnect the Large Generating Facility or the Developer Attachment Facilities, when such, reduction or disconnection is necessary under Good Utility Practice due to an Emergency State. These rights are separate and distinct from any right of Curtailment of NYISO pursuant to the NYISO OATT. When NYISO or Transmission Owner can schedule the reduction or disconnection in advance, NYISO or Transmission Owner shall notify Developer of the reasons, timing and expected duration of the reduction or disconnection. NYISO or Transmission Owner shall coordinate with the Developer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the reduction or disconnection during periods of least impact to the Developer and the New York State Transmission System. Any reduction or disconnection shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice. The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Large Generating Facility, the Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state as soon as practicable consistent with Good Utility Practice.

  • DOCUMENTS AND DISCHARGE Buyer shall not call for the production of any title deed, abstract, survey or other evidence of title to the property except such as are in the possession or control of Seller. If requested by Buyer, Seller will deliver any sketch or survey of the property within Seller’s control to Buyer as soon as possible and prior to the Requisition Date. If a discharge of any Charge/Mortgage held by a corporation incorporated pursuant to the Trust And Loan Companies Act (Canada), Chartered Bank, Trust Company, Credit Union, Caisse Populaire or Insurance Company and which is not to be assumed by Buyer on completion, is not available in registrable form on completion, Buyer agrees to accept Seller’s lawyer’s personal undertaking to obtain, out of the closing funds, a discharge in registrable form and to register same, or cause same to be registered, on title within a reasonable period of time after completion, provided that on or before completion Seller shall provide to Buyer a mortgage statement prepared by the mortgagee setting out the balance required to obtain the discharge, and, where a real-time electronic cleared funds transfer system is not being used, a direction executed by Seller directing payment to the mortgagee of the amount required to obtain the discharge out of the balance due on completion.

  • Associated Discounts The State is entitled to all associated discounts enumerated in the GSA Supply Schedule (including, but not limited to, discounts for additional sites and volume discounts), as well as any other pricing or discount terms as are expressly enumerated in this NYS Contract or GSA schedule, when calculating the NYS Net Price.
