Cash Discount. Any cash discount shall be calculated as of the date Work is delivered and/or performed and accepted by Pfizer.
Cash Discount. The cash discount period shall commence as of the date of the later of (i) receipt of Goods or completion of Services or (ii) receipt of invoice.

If a discount is made part of the contract but the invoice does not reflect the existence of a cash discount, DOH is entitled to a cash discount with the period commencing on the date it is determined by DOH that a cash discount applies.
