Early Payment Discounts. Buyer shall be entitled, either directly or through a Buyer Affiliate, to take an early payment discount of 0.0292% of the gross invoice price (the “Daily Discount Rate”) for each day that payment is initiated before the Net Date. If the Net Date falls on a weekend or holiday, the Net Date shall be moved to the next business day, and Buyer shall take an early payment discount for each day payment is initiated before that date. Alternatively, Buyer may take a flat early payment discount (the “Flat Discount”) for initiating payment on a date certain prior to the Net Date (the “Flat Discount Date”). The Flat Discount shall be calculated by applying the Daily Discount Rate for each day between the Flat Discount Date and the Net Date. If the Flat Discount Date falls on a weekend or a holiday, Buyer shall initiate payment to Supplier on the next business day and take the Flat Discount. Each early payment discount shall be rounded to the nearest one hundredth of a percent. The Daily Discount Rate is based in part on the 3 Month Libor Rate (defined below) in effect on the last business day of the month preceding the day when the first early payment discount is taken to settle an invoice (the “Base Libor Rate”). If the 3 Month Libor Rate in effect on the last business day of any month (the “Current Libor Rate”) differs from the Base Libor Rate, the Daily Discount Rate may be adjusted on the last business day of such month by 0.00003% for each basis point difference between the Current Libor Rate and the Base Libor Rate on the adjustment date. If the Daily Discount Rate is adjusted, the adjusted Daily Discount Rate shall be applied to all invoices posted for payment after the adjustment date. The “3 Month Libor Rate” shall be the three-month Libor rate published in the “Money Rates” section of The Wall Street Journal as the “London interbank offered rate, or Libor three month” (or, if not so published, as published in another nationally recognized publication) on the last business day of each month.

Early Payment Discounts. Buyer shall be entitled to take an early payment discount (the “Discount”) of 3.5% for initiating payment 15 days after the Payment Start Date, unless otherwise defined on the face of an Order.
Early Payment Discounts. Provided that Customer makes payment by EFT as set forth in Subsection 1.12.3 below, Customer may pay all invoiced amounts, less an additional 1/2 of 1 percent discount, if payment is received by the Seller within ten (10) days of the date on which the invoice is sent to Customer. Such additional discount shall be applied against the net invoiced amount (i.e., after all applicable discounts and credits have been applied).
Early Payment Discounts. This Purchase Order will not be considered complete until all ordered items have shipped and/or services have been performed and all required documentation is received by WPE, at which time normal or, if applicable, early payment discount schedule will start. Final Payment. It shall be a condition to final payment that WPE and WPE's Customer have accepted the goods, materials, labor or work furnished hereunder and, if this Purchase Order specifies the delivery of the goods, materials, labor or work to a vendor, contractor or subcontractor of WPE, that such vendor, contractor, or subcontractor shall have accepted the same. It shall be a further condition to final payment that Seller shall have given WPE satisfactory evidence that all liens, claims, obligations and liabilities against the premises for which the goods or materials were furnished or where the work or labor were installed or which are chargeable to WPE or WPE's Customer, have been fully paid, satisfied and released. Final payment so made shall not be construed as a waiver of any breach of the contract arising from this Purchase Order by Seller, or as an acceptance of defective goods, material, labor or work or of goods, material, labor or work not in accordance with specifications and drawings or with the terms of this Purchase Order. WPE’s obligation to make payment to Seller hereunder is subject to any unsettled claims WPE may have against Seller in connection with this Purchase Order or otherwise.
Early Payment Discounts. In the event that Contractor is offered any discount, rebate or any other monetary consideration from any subcontractor, supplier or other vendor in exchange for the early release of progress payments (“Early Payment Discount”), Contractor shall immediately notify Owner in writing of such opportunity and afford Owner the opportunity to take advantage of the Early Payment Discount by issuing early payment to Contractor for the amounts due to any such subcontractor, supplier or vendor. In the event that Owner elects to take advantage of any such opportunities by agreeing to the early release of funds, the Contract Sum shall be reduced by the amount of each such Early Payment Discount received by Contractor. In the event that Owner does not elect to take advantage of an Early Payment Discount offer, Contractor may do so and retain the savings in connection therewith, provided the subcontractor, supplier and/or vendor actually receives payment from Contractor prior to Contractor receiving payment from Owner for the work, materials or services for which the Early Payment Discount was offered. In the event that Owner has reason to believe this provision has been violated, Owner shall have the right to audit Contractor's records pertaining to compliance herewith.
