Pay Rate for Temporary Job. Any employee who is required to fill a position for 5 consecutive days or more and assumes a majority of the duties of that position shall be compensated at a rate of $1.00 more/hour retroactive back to the first day of the temporary assignment. When an employee is assigned to a position with a lower wage scale, the employee shall receive his/her regular rate of pay for that assignment, plus any differentials and stipends. The supervisor (principal or director) of the temporary assignment shall determine if the employee is performing the duties of the temporary assignment.

Pay Rate for Temporary Job. When an employee substitutes for another employee who earns a higher rate of pay in a higher paid classification the employee shall then receive a higher rate of pay in that job grouping on the employee’s same step relative to the job for the duration of such duties beginning on the first day of the assignment. An employee required to fill a lower rate job temporarily shall receive their regular rate while working that job, including any differentials and stipends.

  • Temporary Vacancies (a) Vacancies of a temporary nature, which exceed or are expected to exceed three (3) months, shall be posted as per Article 24.1.

  • Temporary Reduction of Downpayment When, under B8.33, Contracting Officer orders a delay or interruption of Purchaser’s Operations for more than 30 days when scheduled operations would be occurring but for the order, the downpayment amount required shall be temporarily reduced upon the written request of Purchaser or at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. For the period of the delay or interruption, the downpayment on deposit may be reduced to $1,000 or two (2) percent of the downpayment amount listed in A18, whichever is larger. Any downpayment amount temporarily reduced pursuant to this Subsection may be refunded or transferred at the request of Purchaser.   • Salary Schedule Advancement The base salaries in each cluster within a step may be increased through COLA, turnover savings, increments, and additional educational attainment. Once placed in a cluster within a step, faculty do not move from cluster to cluster except as described in B.3.B below.

  • STATUS OF TEMPORARY ORDERS All temporary orders previously rendered by the court in the pending dissolution action of the Couple shall be deemed fully satisfied as to those acts whose performance was required on or before the effective date of this Agreement and shall be deemed superseded by this Agreement as to those acts whose performance was not required.
