Job Grouping definition

Job Grouping means an employee's job title as referenced in Article 8.4.3.

Examples of Job Grouping in a sentence

  • Once an employee displaces into a different Job Grouping within an OGL, the employee must be able to demonstrate an acceptable level of performance within a reasonable period of training, familiarization and orientation.

  • A Regular Seasonal-A employee can displace a temporary employee in an equal or lower Job Grouping in his/her occupational group within his/her worksite/centre.

  • The Company will give initial notice of termination/layoff to the most junior employees in a Job Grouping in a “worksite”.

  • A Regular Seasonal-B employee can displace a temporary employee in an equal or lower Job Grouping in his/her occupational group within his/her worksite/centre.

  • The computerized seniority list provided to the PWU will contain the following data: Last Name, Initials, PWU Seniority, Occupational Code, Job Grouping/Job Title, Base Occupational Group Number, Band, Location, Building Code, Payroll Number, Business Unit, Division, Department, Hours of Work, Date of Notice of Termination/Layoff, Date of Expiry of Recall, and End Rate of the Job Grouping.

  • Failure to achieve an acceptable level of performance in this time will result in layoff with severance as per 11.15 and recall rights to their pre-displacement Job Grouping.

  • For a job to be included in an OGL, it must be a job which can be satisfactorily performed by the average employee in the surplus Job Grouping within a reasonable period of familiarization and orientation.

  • At the location an employee must displace the least senior employee in an equal Job Grouping.

  • A probationary employee will displace the junior employee of lesser seniority in the next lower Job Grouping in their OGL in descending order within his/her worksite/centre.

  • For the purposes of the promotional rule only “Job Grouping” includes the equivalent Job Grouping in Nuclear/Non-Nuclear.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

  • Relevant Personnel means the Data Processor’s employees, agents and personnel and such other personnel of the Data Controller as may be approved in writing by the Data Controller from time to time in respect of access to the Personal Data;

  • Covered Services means all or a part of those medical and health services set forth in rule 441—86.14(514I).

  • Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Veteran-owned business means a business that is at least 51% owned by a veteran or veterans who are U.S. citizens and who control and operate the business
