Common use of Part-time Salaries Clause in Contracts

Part-time Salaries. Part-time faculty shall be paid at a rate of no less than one thousand four hundred twenty dollars ($1,420) per credit hour for the 2009-2010 appointment year and one thousand four hundred sixty three dollars ($1,463) per credit hour for the 2010-2011 appointment year.

Part-time Salaries. Part-time faculty shall be paid at a rate of no less than one thousand four five hundred twenty ninety-five dollars ($1,4201,595) per credit hour for the 20092015-2010 2016 appointment year and one thousand four five hundred sixty three ninety-five dollars ($1,4631,595) per credit hour for the 20102016-2011 2017 appointment year.

Part-time Salaries. Part-time faculty shall be paid at a rate of no less than one thousand four two hundred twenty eighty dollars ($1,4201,280) per credit hour for the 20092005-2010 2006 appointment year and one thousand four three hundred sixty three twenty-five dollars ($1,4631,325) per credit hour for the 20102006-2011 2007 appointment year.

Part-time Salaries. Part-time faculty shall be paid at a rate of no less than one thousand three hundred sixty-five dollars ($1,365) per credit hour for the 2007-2008 appointment year and one thousand four hundred twenty dollars ($1,420) per credit hour for the 20092008-2010 appointment year and one thousand four hundred sixty three dollars ($1,463) per credit hour for the 2010-2011 2009 appointment year.

Part-time Salaries. Part-time faculty shall be paid at a rate of no less than one thousand four five hundred twenty five dollars ($1,4201,505) per credit hour for the 2009-2010 2011 – 2012 appointment year and one thousand four five hundred sixty three forty-eight dollars ($1,4631, 548) per credit hour for the 2010-2011 2012 – 2013 appointment year.

Part-time Salaries. Part-time faculty shall be paid at a rate of no less than one thousand four two hundred twenty dollars ($1,4201,200) per credit hour for the 20092003-2010 2004 appointment year and one thousand four two hundred sixty three fifty dollars ($1,4631,250) per credit hour for the 20102004-2011 2005 appointment year.
