Common use of Paid Parental Leave Clause in Contracts

Paid Parental Leave. The Port shall continue to provide Paid Parental Leave to members of this bargaining unit. Eligibility, participation, and terms of the Paid Parental Leave shall be as provided to non-represented employees as outlined in Port Policy HR-5. The Port may change or modify its Paid Parental Leave policy and/or procedure. If the Port desires a change/modification, the Port agrees to provide the Union with advance notice of any change.
